In my role as an IT operations Engineer, I support end users by resolving a wide range of IT issues, ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted operation of daily business activities across platforms such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. The nature of the role demands adaptability, a broad technical skill set, and the ability to respond quickly to evolving challenges in a fast-paced environment.

One of my proudest accomplishments has been successfully completing my IT Apprenticeship while continuing to build on my knowledge through industry certifications. A key milestone in my development has been earning the Kaseya Remote IT & Security Management (RISTM Foundations) certification, which has enhanced my capabilities in remote support and strengthened my understanding of IT security management.
