In my role as an IT Support Engineer, I closely work with our Managed IT Team to provide the function of IT support to a wide range of clients. This includes monitoring, responding and resolving alerts, incidents and escalations across platform to ensure business continuity and minimize the downtime.
Outside of work, I enjoy creating vlogs and song covers on different social media platforms. It’s also my outlet to express my passion in technology, music and arts.
