Experienced in various operational roles, including Team Lead, Trainer, Knowledge Manager, Incident Manager, and Subject Matter Expert. Skilled in employee training, process improvement, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing open-world RPGs and story driven games, as well as watching movies.
