I’m a Cloud Technician with over 6 years of experience in IT, supporting end users and Service Desk teams to keep things running smoothly day to day. I enjoy helping people, solving problems, and finding simple, practical solutions when things don’t go as planned. I’m always curious to learn something new and improve the way I work, and I take pride in making technology easier and less frustrating for others.

Outside of work, I’m a big fan of traveling and photography. I love exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, and capturing the moments and memories along the way.
