I’m an IT Support Technician, responsible for supporting onboarding and offboarding processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations. I work across a range of platforms to provide responsive, reliable support that keeps users connected and productive.

My technical expertise includes Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Addigy, and Datto RMM. I hold a First-Class Honours degree in Cybersecurity & Forensic Computing, which underpins my strong foundation in IT security and systems management.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis and volleyball, exploring new places through travel, and experimenting in the kitchen with cooking. These interests keep me active, curious, and always learning
