I’m a Cloud Technician with hands-on IT experience in technical support, system troubleshooting, hardware and software maintenance, network support, and IT infrastructure management. My background in IT has strengthened my ability to identify and resolve technical issues, support users, maintain reliable systems, and adapt to new technologies. I enjoy working with cloud technologies, learning through real-world challenges, and finding practical solutions that help systems and users work better.

Outside of work, I’m a movie enthusiast who enjoys discovering new films, exploring different genres, and getting lost in a good story.
