As a Sales Administrator at CloudTech24, with an experienced background in contract and sales support, I play a key role in supporting the sales lifecycle within a fast-paced managed IT and cybersecurity environment. I thrive on ensuring the smooth coordination between clients, account managers, and technical teams whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. My focus is to ensure that background operations such as contract renewals, and one-time quotes are delivered and managed smoothly with precision and ease whilst also enhancing customer experience through reliable, proactive service.
Outside of work I enjoy the gym, and long-walks with my dog (Otis, the chocolate Labradoodle). I also really enjoy attending country music concerts and baking – brownies are my favourite.
